Non-disclosure Agreement
Firstly, all of the customer’s files and data should be handled by the update ways which are defined by the NDA.

The Intellectual Property Right concerning with the Planning Item
We protect the Intellectual Property for our customers in the whole process period of the Item. We would establish a cryptographic data set for each customer, and only special workers can enter into the relevant room. In addition, we prohibit strictly our employees talking the project dependant information in the public place.

As to the other assets of Intellectual properties right, such as the patent and copyright in the relevant outside process, should be returned to the customer according to the signed Agreement before the project development. All data which have something to do with the project should be sent back to the customer quickly.
